When my sister was young, she wanted an Aigner Purse, which at that time was one of the higher end purses. Our mom wouldn't buy her one. This has become an ongoing joke in the family. So I decided to make this jewelry box purse so she would finally get that Aigner purse she wanted.

The purse itself is hand carved out of a large chunk of walnut which was cut down in her back yard. The box is walnut with curly maple drawer fronts, and the drawer handles are walnut.
